Individual development opportunities are established and implemented on the basis of the employee’s annual performance review. STEAG’s internal training and further education portal is one of the means available for this purpose. Our employees build on their skills and expertise at various in-house events and seminars covering a broad spectrum of fields. Assignments abroad also enable our employees to develop personally. In addition to the wide range of further education opportunities, the eLearning platform “FutureZone” gives STEAG employees the opportunity to seize the initiative in proactively educating themselves further.
