Your annual performance review with your manager forms the basis for the individual development guidance. Your strengths and weaknesses are identified, and your development targets defined in line with the interests of the company and your individual skills.
An internal platform gives you the opportunity to find out about the further education measures on offer at any time, and enables you to book suitable courses. In addition, the eLearning platform FutureZone provides tools for learning and practicing skills, brushing up knowledge or improving your handling of the applications you are already familiar with. Development programs for various target groups throughout the company, from newcomers to project managers and junior executives, are also offered on a regular basis.
